Open a compare editor. You should have the button in the toolbar to navigate to the next /previous open anomaly. Now select another file opened in the eclipse editor (not in a compare editor), then re-select the compare editor
--> The option "Go to Next/Previous open anomalies " is gone. Whether there are  anomalies or not in the compare editor
