hi,

I'm PDT lead and I'd like to remove two PDT jobs:
https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/job/cbi-pdt-2.2-helios/
https://hudson.eclipse.org/hudson/job/cbi-pdt-3.0-indigo/
(they have been disabled for a while and nobody needed them)

and add one new: pdt-master
ideally it could be a copy of cbi-pdt-3.0-juno, but I can adjust it myself too :-)

(The idea is that pdt-master will take over building PDT from Git master, whereas cbi-pdt-3.0-juno will be for Juno maintenance builds from maintenance branch.)
