The client issues callback requests with an invalid URL parameter
http://127.0.0.1:8080/rapdemo/controls?&custom_service_handler=org.eclipse.rap.uicallback
The first parameter must not be prefixed with an ampersand.

Fixed in master with commit f3d6cf9d83639ce7c443c55158b8cf55762ef525.
