Currently, only the release versions of RAP are pushed into the maven central repository ( http://search.maven.org/ ). It would be nice if the RAP/RWT milestone builds could also be available via this maven repository.

I think the RWT standalone version would benefit a lot from this and it would make pure maven build configurations of project much easier.

As a concrete use-case example, my Grails plugin that incoorperates RWT into Grails would benefit greatly from this: http://grails.org/plugin/rwt

See my issue on GitHub: https://github.com/bwolff/grails-rwt/issues/3

Cheers,
Ben

Now that RAP 2.0 was released, do you plan to update the RWT/JFace bundles in the maven central repo?

Cheers,
Ben

Yepp, that's a plan item... in fact, it's a todo for the next two days.

Great to hear! And congratulation for the great 2.0 release, don't be stingy with the champagne! ;)

Thanks!

The RAP 2.0 bundles are now available from Maven Central.
Ralf has promoted them this morning.

Thanks, Benjamin!

I'm closing this bug now, and add an item to our build todo list to upload milestones in the future as well.
