I revamped tooltips a good deal yesterday so I'm not seeing the behavior, but I am seeing some positioning problems with those tooltips (clipped at top)

Can you let me know if you can still make "two tooltips" happen?

I fixed the positioning problems (and am renaming the bug accordingly) in

Please reopen if you see two tooltips.
