I wanted to open the initial contribution CQ for modeling.incquery and got the error message: "Failed to post CQ (IPzilla is missing project 'modeling.incquery'; please open a bug about this)"

The project was not marked active after provisioning was completed. I've fixed the problem. The project should show up in IPZilla tomorrow.
