With the new dropdown support, the outline switching menu is showing a right arrow instead of downward.  I suspect there is some CSS that is not being set correctly in the client.  

The menu when it opens suffers from bug 394794.  The outliner area grows rightward to fit the menu rather than having the menu be repositioned.
