eRCP is no longer a functioning open source project, it is time to terminate and archive the project.

There have been no commits since November 2010. The last release occurred in June 2009.

With the pending shutdown of CVS, the project has not been able to direct resources to migrate the existing source repositories to Git.

Project developers have been unreponsive on the project forum and mailing list.
