Possibly has the same cause as bug 395080, but logging separately just in case.

I sometimes switch between the "gcli" repositories at https://github.com/joewalker/gcli.git and https://github.com/mozilla/gcli.git . To switch I delete the repository that is loaded initially and then clone the other one. However the clone always fails with a message like "Destination path 'Jc' already exists and is not an empty directory", presumably because it's still seeing the one from the initial repository. If I then sign out from Orion and then back in then the repository clone goes fine.
