Steps to replicate, after installing and running Orion on localhost. You may want to try this on orionhub as well.

1. Create a new folder
2. Select the folder and request "Import local file..." from the Actions menu.
3. Select the "Upload..." button.
4. Select a file from the file chooser presented. (In my case it was a PDF.)

Nothing happens.

Drag and drop does work.

Susan could you take a look at this as part of the Dojo cleanup. I reproduced this on orion.eclipse.org with Chrome. Mike was using 1.0 locally so that wold imply the bug is also on orionhub.org so it would be good to fix for our next update.

I observed this from orion.eclipse.org as well, so it's not a localhost issue.

Not sure what had broken in the dojo form uploader, but now that we've gotten rid of it, the file chooser/upload button are working.  I tested on Chrome, FF, IE10, all working.
