The RAP launcher needs to be adjusted to the change described in bug 343068. I'd suggest to replace the field "client-side Library Variant" with a simple option like "start in development mode". This option should be enabled by default.

Optionally, we could move this options into a new Group box "RAP" or "RWT Settings" and rename "Runtime Settings" to "Server Settings".

Fixed in master with commit d1519b5bff59d02a6213b03f7ad0294495f870f9.
- removed "Client-side Library Variant" combo
- added checkbox "Start in Development mode" - enabled by default
- renamed "Runtime Settings" to "Server Settings"
- put the "Start in Development mode" option in a new group "RAP Settings"
