customize perspective dialog

Version: 4.3.0
Build id: I20121120-0800

When I started Eclipse today I noticed the Skip All Breakpoints toolbar action was by itself on the far right-hand-side behind the perspective switcher. After dragging it back to beside the debug toolbar I checked the customize perspective dialog and noticed it is on its own toolbar.

I was pretty sure it was (supposed to be) part of the global debug toolbar.

breakpoin command group

There also seems to be a separate breakpoint command group

breakpoint command group in 3.8

In 3.8, the breakpoint action set shows the breakpoint menu contributions as well as the toolbar contribution.

the path on the skip all breakpoints action indicates it should be on the main debug toolbar as well: org.eclipse.debug.ui.main.toolbar/breakpointGroup

The misplacement is a dupe of bug 399401
