When I add a rule set to a review group, there is a check mark indicating the rule set is available for the group. If you remove the rule set from the preferences, then select the review group, you see a refresh in the property view for the group. On the other hand, if you add the same review group which shows disable for the review group, even if you select the review group to see the property, the rule set still show disable, it is not refreshed. If you select another review group and then the initial review group, then the rule set will be updated and will show the check mark.

Problems:

- Removing a Rule Set from the Preferences does not refresh the Properties View on 'Apply'. Need to re-open the review group to see the disabled rule set.

- Could not re-open the rule set. Trying to create a rule set with the same name at the same location produced an error. Shouldn't we just re-open the rule set?

- Could create a new rule set with the same name at a different location; the review group picked it no problem. Since the Rule Set names have to be unique this is probably OK.
