With the mas move of the Eclipse platform websites (bug 394226) the separate Ant and Debug repos should be removed. They are located:

http://git.eclipse.org/c/www.eclipse.org/eclipse/ant

and

http://git.eclipse.org/c/www.eclipse.org/eclipse/debug

These repos were created in bug 390206 and bug 390208
