Description Nicolas Bros CLA 2012-11-14 05:20:00 EST
- I imported the plug-in "org.eclipse.emf.ecore" (version 2.8.0.v20120606-0717)
- I put a breakpoint in "org.eclipse.emf.ecore.util.EcoreUtil.CrossReferencer#crossReference" after the line "Object content = contents.next();"
- when stopped on the breakpoint, I hover the mouse over the variable "content", and I see a tooltip with the value as expected. I can also see the "content" variable in the Variables view
- but when I select "content" and I hit Ctrl+Shift+I (or click on Run>Inspect), I get an error: "Evaluations must contain either an expression or a block of well-formed statements"
- also, if I click on the "content" variable in the variables view and I right-click and select "Inspect", then I see the "content" variable in the Expressions view, and its contents appear
- but if I manually type "content" in the Expressions view, then I get the same error "Evaluations must contain either an expression or a block of well-formed statements"

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it and reopen this bug. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
