FWIW, I tend to accept a single PMC member's +1 as PMC approval. +1 I believe it's time to archive the project. Review is scheduled to conclude on Nov. 28/2012. The termination review is declared successful. Dimitar, please use the portal to deactive all of the project committers. I'll take it from there. Done, all committers have been deactivated.
