Create a general project. Add some resource in it. Click on this resource in project explorer and pin its properties view.
Delete the project.
RESULT: Properties view is not cleared or closed.

Is this in 4.x only or does this also happen in Indigo ?

Tested on Helios and Juno. Happens on both
