After the branding API was removed (bug 393419), RWT should provide an API to control the exit confirmation.
Since not every client may have an exit confirmation, I suggest to provide the API as a cient-specific service.

Once this API is there, the remaining workbench code/extension attributes that deal with exit confirmation should be removed.
