fit the encoding of commitment comment to source code none

Description Kenji Nishishiro CLA 2003-06-25 09:23:45 EDT
Default encoding is always used for commitment comment for CVS.
Consequently, will be stored in CVS in different character set of source code.
This causes character be garbled.

I want to choose the character set of commitment comment.

Will look into as part of encoding 3.0 plan item.

Created attachment 5677 [details]
fit the encoding of commitment comment to source code

This gets encoding option from ResourcesPlugin.getEncoding() method.
