1. install language packs (contact Gosia for plugin URL)
2. change the locale to language pack istalled
3. log out
4. log in -> you should see the translations
5. Navigate to a different page (editor, repositories, settings...) -> everything except a few strings (user menu, search hint) displays in English

This can be reproduced only in Orion installed from the build. When I run my instance from sources the problem does not appear. Found of FF.

Looks like everything is fine now. I went to orion.eclipse.org and I cannot reproduce this problem any more.
Kit, can you check if you also don't see this problem?

Verified that it's working fine now in 2.0M2.
