Created attachment 222935 [details] screen snap of new button with too-small focus rectangle Firefox 16.0.1 Tab over to the New or Actions buttons on the navigator page. Both of these buttons are "drop-down menu buttons". When they have focus, the focus rectangle is drawn, but it is not quite tall enough. See attached screen snap.
