When selecting filter options e.g. uncheck hide completed reviews, 
and then a change in the R4E preference is performed e.g. Show disabled reviews.

The previously selected filter option is not preserved i.e. reset to default

Similarly, 
1) select to not hide deltas 
2) Change the default user e-mail

See that step 2 above has changed back to hide deltas
