To reproduce:
I have a file in a review. I open the file in the compare editor. I ran my eclipse runtime using this git version of the file. After I close my eclipse runtime, I selected the git view, change the working file to another version while the compare editor is still open with the review file.
Result: The file is updated in the compare editor but the annotation marker remains. I don't see the modification done for that file anymore. If I select the file from the review navigator view, it re-select the compare editor file already opened and I cannot see the differences anymore. I need to close the file in the editor, then re-open the compare editor from the review navigator view. Now it detects the file and opens it with the proper differences in it.
