We have a random assortment of OSGi bundle versions ranging from 0.2 to 1.0. We should reset them all to 1.0.

Also because we are graduating we need to remove the word "Incubation" from all the bundle titles.

Ken/Simon I assume you don't need a review for theses, but I will change them tomorrow and run a test build to verify everything works.
