The client side JS tests do not finish running in IE9.

This is likely because the Hudson windows slave is being "borrowed" for a brief period to try running Eclipse platform performance tests, which requires a dedicated slave. I believe the Windows slave should become available soon (today or tomorrow). Assigning to myself to make sure this happens and we verify it is running.
