The classpath of project org.eclipse.rap.test.all depends on project org.eclipse.rap.rwt.supplemental.fileupload form the incubator.
The mentioned projects reside in different git repositories. 

This complicates setting up a new workspace in that one has to clone/add the incubator repository, import the relevant projects and finally extend the target platform to also include commons.fileupload and commons.io

Was this 'inter-repository' dependency made on purpose?
