Using a 3.9 build of the screenshots bundle I'm unable to see the annotations I make in a screenshot (drawing lines, adding text etc.) while doing this. However when I resize the window these occasionally show up. It appears that the nature of the retina screens have something to do with this.

Yes, and this is not an Mylyn bug.

You also see that if you capture the screen not the whole screen shows up in the image. This is fixed in the latest nightly build (see bug# 387755).

We should try to create an simple example that show the problem and assign this to SWT.
