I am opening this bug to capture the intent to hold a combined 1.0 release review and graduation for the Orion project. Our goal is to release on or around October 19th, 2012.

Release review details to follow. We are willing to try the new project management pages for the release review if you are ready for it.

Understood. I think Simon has been in touch with Janet, but just to be clear there are three remaining pending CQ's: LESS, GCLI, and Persona. We are definitely not going to use LESS for this release. For GCLI and Persona, if there is any problem with legal we will ship 1.0 without including them rather than delaying the release.
