typically we contribute page navigation actions (pagination, next delta, etc.) in the right side of the toolbar in "pageNavigationActions".  Just saw the N&N screenshot and the pagination actions are appearing on the left.

Should be just a matter of changing the contribution dom id.

I changed the contribution but now the links don't show up at all.  Will talk later about this.  Moving to RC2.

Anthony, you need to be logged in as an admin and then the user list shows up under 

profile/user-list.html

This is not critical but if you can look before R3.0 is over we could integrate it

I have changed the next / prev contributions to use the "pageNavigationActions" toolBar.

I also updated the UserList and updateNavTools to add in the newly used toolBar.
