If you goto settings and click either UI Theme or Editor Theme, click "Import" and click another tab (like I would to go get the XML to paste in) and then click back, the UI is not redrawn for the Theme.

I tested Chrome and Firefox Nightly and they are both ok.  So it's just Safari for some reason.

Import seems broken in latest R3.0RC1 - maybe due to reorg of tab?

I am not able to reproduce the redraw problem on Safari.
