Build id: I20120921-1702

1. Go to Settings > Plugins
2. Click Install, paste in a plugin URL that you don't have installed already (eg. https://orion.eclipse.org/plugins/HTML5LocalFilePlugin.html ).
3. Click Submit
4. I see "Installing https://orion.eclipse.org/plugins/HTML5LocalFilePlugin.html". Although the plugin is successfully installed, that message never goes away. 

The plugin list doesn't refresh either.

Note that a failed plugin install will display an error -- only the success case is broken.
