The launch configurations included in the 1.5 demos should not contain startup parameters anymore. Change
/rap?startup=controls -> /controls
/rap?startup=default -> /rap

+1 to apply the patch in 1.5 maintenance branch.

Applied patch to 1.5 maintenance branch and added leading slash to the servlet paths with commit 376b801c4a023e245af8e96ceb89c3e3d50955f2.
