Version: Juno Release
Build id: 20120614-1722

Steps to reproduce:
1. open several files in editor
2. ctrl+e to open pupup window
3. right click a file, please make sure it's not the current one shown in editor, click Close from context menu
4. note that the file is closed in editor, but the file name is still in the list in popup window
