Assigning to myself to do initial investigation. Noticed the same in 1.0 M2. Got a 400 back from the server:

1. Go to orion.eclipse.org 2. Create a new project called 'blorp' 3. Rename 'blorp' to something else You get an error: > Source does not exist: blorp The rename fails
