At the moment git commands have string-based toolips. This approach is quite obvious, but does not allow providing more complex tooltips for different commands of the same kind. I'd be nice to have either a string for a static tooltip, or a function like hrefCallback, which has one parameter - commandInvocation - for more dynamic tooltips, like the commit tooltips for instance.
