LTTng 2.1 Tools adds the following features:
    * Feature: Network Streaming
    * Add the lttng-relayd binary for network streaming
    * Support user space tracer filtering

This bug is to track the update of the LTTng Tracer Control in Eclipse for the support of these new feature.

LTTng Tracer 2.1 is supported since Linux Tools 2.0.
