I'd be nice to be informed when signing out succeeded. Maybe a slideout or simple redirection would be useful. Right now, after signing out, the only information I have is the missing 'Sign Out' option in the top right corner. This is especially annoying when I want to switch users. My steps are:

1. Sign out the user A
2. Since I'm not redirected, click any link.
3. Link worked, but I'm not signed in, so I'm redirected to the login page.
4. Sign in with user B.
5. I'm redirected to the page in point 2).
6. Go to the page I'd like.

Could this be managed somehow?

Just noticed this problem does not happen on Chrome, only on Firefox.

Chrome version: 21.0.1180.83 m
Firefox version: 10.0.6
