If I try to fetch using Orion Git I get:

Fetching origin/master for org.eclipse.orion.client
Fetch rejected, not a fast-forward.

On the command line:

admin@orion:~/current/eclipse/serverworkspace/B/B/HS> git fetch
Password: 
admin@orion:~/current/eclipse/serverworkspace/B/B/HS> git status
# On branch master
nothing to commit (working directory clean)
admin@orion:~/current/eclipse/serverworkspace/B/B/HS>
