I see that in the preference page Ant > Runtime > Tasks, there are
several tasks defined (2.1 final version). Only 3 of them are documented
in the eclipse help section. Can someone explain the others please ?

The Ant component does not provide these tasks. The tasks are contributed by 
other plugins using an Ant extension point.
I will get the list of tasks and log bug reports against the components to 
document their contributed tasks.

Documentation is provided for eclipse.refreshLocal eclipse.incrementalBuild and 
eclipse.convertPath.

eclipse.buildManifest, eclipse.buildScript, eclipse.fetch and are all provided 
by PDE Build. pde.convertSchemaToHTML is provided by PDE.
