Build id: 200306051737 as a fresh install.

The "Completed" and "Priority" columns in the Task View are empty and are too 
wide.  This seems to be the same behavior as bug #34159 but that bug was MAC 
specific...  I'm on XP Home SP1.

Problem was in code to restore column widths.  If there were no column widths 
persisted, it would make them all equal width.
Fixed in >I20030701.
