Description
Fred Bricon
closing old/stale bugreports This bug is referenced in https://wiki.eclipse.org/M2E_project_conversion_enhancements. If I understand correctly and this is about moving the source/test folders according to the maven convention _this should be reopened and its priority bumped_. It is a surprise for new users (like me) that actually the plugin is unable to reproduce the maven conventions _even for the simplest SE projects._ One really spends some time googling to convince oneself. From the page above: > User converting to Maven expect their projects to be transformed to follow the maven folder structure (among other things) So true... If you decide not to reopen (or if this is about something else) then please edit the https://wiki.eclipse.org/M2E_project_conversion_enhancements page to remove the reference. Thanks @Palmer Eldritch if this is a priority for you, please consider providing a quality patch. Same goes for the wiki page, if you find any inconsistencies or outdated information, feel free to fix it, either by removing the stale text or adding a note. |
