The "startup" parameter is deprecated in RAP 1.5 and will be removed in RAP 2.0. In order to continue the support for IAplications we have to rework (at least) the WorkbenchApplicationConfigurator#registerApplicationEntryPoints to register application's entry points by path.

Fixed with commit 27adae6bd88a4cec8403c3ea672b4b6535e09dff and d0f33f13bcdf548a1ea39d2c973ddb52d604ca4e.
