On the Android 4.x Google Chrome, the Tree and Table widget can not be scrolled by touch.

Fixed with commit 3e24962ad7f5fffa31ca2f53346e7209cb28fc64.

MobileWebkitSupport.js was not activated becuse Client.js did not recognize Chrome for Android yet.
