Attempting to stage a change in the git status page results in an error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'then' of undefined

The staging actually works, but committing seems to completely fail for similar reasons.

Fixed for now, but use of ProgressMonitor may change again when I'm though with Bug 386257.
