Currently the comparison between 2 UML elements in available only in the ModelExplorer. 
In should be interesting to provide the same action in the popup menu of the Diagram.

Done in R8465. The existing popup menu declared in the ModelExplorer has been replaced by a new one action which works in the Diagram And in the ModelExplorer

The handler activation is done using a PropertyTester, because writing the handler activation in the plugin.xml didn't work (see bug 385744).

I don't close this bug, because we should write a JUnit test for it.

R8621 : Create the AdapterFactory in gmfdiag.common in order to be able do adapt EditPart to EObject in a plugin.xml
