The second patch is for windows x86_64. Unfortunately, org.eclipse.core.net uses some visual studio project files, which are impossible to read for me. I tried to assemble a solution by googling VS tools usages.

I tested this patch and was able to build the patched fragments.

Can the platform team release this into R3_8_maintenance and master branches?

I'm not a committer here. Szymon can you release this fix in master. Please hold off on maintenance branch because we are in RC4, but it can go into 4.2.2+ after Juno SR2 is done.
