The desktop menus should support mnemonic for characters masked with an ampersand. With the Juno release mnemonics do not show up.

I'm experiencing similiar with Indigo (3.7.2). In a non-modal dialog mnemonics on labels show up only occasionally and never by pressing Alt. The same happens with form buttons.

Could not be reproduced in newer versions. We changed the menu contribution of the Scout SWT implementation - what probably helped solving this issue.
