Right-click on the IDE Toolbar should give us a pop up menu with an options [Lock Toolbar | Hide Toolbar | Customize Perspective].

=> No Right Click pop-up menu is available !

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any prespective [Java default]
2. Right click on Toolbar area.
3. Not pop-up menu to provide menu for [Lock Toolbar | Hide Toolbar | Customize Perspective]
