Some parts of scout are already extensible by design. New services or client components along with their UI representation are contributed using Eclipse's extension mechanism.

This ticket subsumes different aspects for providing extension support for other Scout parts (incomplete list):
o Outlines (contribute new pages, remove and modify existing pages)
o Extend data model objects (IDataModel, IDataModelEntity, IDataModelAttribute)
o Extend list of configured codes (ICode belonging to a particular ICodeType)
o Extend or replace forms
