Would be nice to have intelligent type filters.

 If I use SWT is a project, it is unlikely that I want to import awt. Not sure if it is possible to find a general rule for this though.

preliminary "not that intelligent" completion engine is available for testing on 4.2 HEAD update site that partially addresses Lars' request.

Among other things, it features:

* new proposal ranking system for code completion in general.
* ranks types of previously used packages higher
* kind of hippie completion for types, methods, fields [1]
* improved subwords support for type and parameter names
* several minor fixes in subwords.
* seamless integration of subwords, calls, overrides, hippie, types completion in one completion engine

the thesis is almost finished. we consider reusing parts or findings of this work in 2.0
